I am a Sligo based CORU-registered Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience working across a range of mental health services. Throughout my career, I have worked in acute hospital settings, community adult mental health services, and spent 12 years as a Senior Occupational Therapist in Psychiatry of Later Life. For the past five years, I have worked within a Rehabilitation and Recovery Team, supporting individuals living with severe and enduring mental health challenges to achieve meaningful recovery and improved quality of life.

My private practice has been established to provide specialist occupational therapy services focusing on cognitive health, functional assessment, rehabilitation, and mental health recovery in the northwest region of Ireland.
